An Analysis of the Relationship between Energy Trilemma and Economic Growth

This study analyzed the relationship between energy trilemma (ET) and economic growth in 109 countries 2000 2020 across income levels regions. constructed an extended Cobb-Douglas production function including three elements of ET such as security, equity, environmental sustainability their effects on differ by level region. The methodology this differs from that previous studies, which utilized representative value based principal component analysis. To analyze panel series, econometric procedures, regression pooled ordinary least squares (OLS), feasible generalized (FGLS), fixed effects, dynamic analysis methods moments (GMM) levels. In addition, undertook a time series for each country. results showed element is not balanced. Moreover, can contribute differently to due differences suggested balanced policy reflecting various aspects required growth.
